Reprints and Corrections via e-Delivery, full Appeals Process Support
Employees will need the Form 1095 to substantiate their tax filing compliance with the coverage mandate. Reprints and corrections are available via e-delivery mechanisms in order to speed the delivery and be sure that it is properly documented.
Corrections also require a very specific IRS AIR efiling process, which will require access to special software. In some ways it's more difficult than the initial eFiling.
APPEALS AND AUDIT
IRS filings need to be precise and supported by the backup details. Should the filing be questioned in either an appeal or an audit, you have to be prepared. We provide an AUDIT Package that contains all of the information you will need, indexed and summarized.
We can guide you through the appeals process, providing the backup data. Failure to properly appeal can result in larger penalties than are necessary.
